Claire is a product of the dynamite partnership of two of the best grey programs in the country - A Paca Fun/Paragon and Delphi Alpacas. Ok, make that THREE of the best grey programs in the country. Although Claire is not grey herself she is loaded with elite greys in her pedigree including her two grandfather's - KVR's Peruvian True Eye Candy (aka "IKE) and Aussie .38 Special! Claire's breeding career is off to a bang. She's had two outstanding crias, a dark rose grey female and a true black female, easy births, great mom, and breeds back easily! Couldn't ask for more from her. I will probably retain one of her offspring so in keeping with my need to keep my numbers down I am offering Claire for sale. She has a gorgeous true black female, Arya Stark, sired by Wingman, at side who sells separately. She is bred back to Wingman for a 2023 cria. We chose "Shaka" to be part of our foundation herd because she contains the physical traits we are looking for and the genetics needed to produce superb quality grey alpacas. Shaka is a "best of" compilation of the outstanding grey/black breeding program of Susan & Wayne Robinson at Emelise Alpacas. This program has produced many champions in every single color for almost 20 years now. Their greys and blacks are led by the magnificent grey Crescent Moon's Rayo's Spittin' Image and the black 7x Champion CCNF Cameron. When you breed Spittin Image to a black Cameron daughter you get ........ BOOM!....Shakalaka. The powerful grey & black genetics wrapped in beautiful smokey grey packing which is Boom Shakalaka. Sue Robinson describes Shaka as: a lovely modern dark silver grey female with a large strong frame and perfect proportions. Her fleece is lovely, super soft, fine and crimpy with notable density. She has powerful black and grey genetics for days on both sides of her pedigree and would be a strong addition to any serious program breeding for colors. Shaka's first cria was a textbook delivery of a gorgeous true black girl in 2022. Shaka has not only been an excellent mother but an excellent Auntie to all the kids. She is definitely the Matriarch of the herd. She is also bred back to Wingman for an encore in 2023. I have to sell to keep my herd size down so I'm offering Shaka for sale. If she does sell, then her daughter, Everlasting Hope, will definitely stay in my breeding program.

Our Sweet Caroline is exactly the type of female I was looking for to re-start my grey breeding program. It starts with Pedigree. Her sire, A and A & MFI Quixotic is an elite grey male standing stud at Majestic Meadows farm "...phenotypically gorgeous and his fleece is outstanding. No wonder he has 13 championships!! Caroline is top notch on all the major phenotypical characteristics - dense, fine, unform fleece with excellent character, solid conformation, and great presence. It's no suprise that her 2022 cria is just FABULOUS! Amazing Grace, Mazie, as she is called was sired by our very own elite grey male - Wingman. Caroline is a fantastic mother and Mazie is growing like a weed (but beautiful like a flower LOL) We liked this result so much that we bred Caroline back to Wingman for a 2023 cria. I am reluctantly offering Caroline for sale as I am at my herd size limit and I have 4 more cria due next year. She also produced a keeper in Amazing Grace whom I would be thrilled to keep for my breeding program. If Mazie sells first, Caroline will be removed from my sales list so fast it will make your head spin. :)

This darling girl snuck into the world in a manner that would make her namesake proud - with stealth! I found her in the pasture late afternoon, walking around with her mom like she had been around for days! Aside from being absolutely adorable, Arya looks like she is destined for the show ring next year. While Arya's fleece is a lustrous true black, she absolutely has the genetics to be a solid producer of grey. Her mom, APFF Delphi's Claire, is a product of three elite grey breeding programs - Linda Bat at Delphi Alpacas, Neil Padgett's at A Paca Fun Alpacas and Bari Padgett's Paragon Alpacas. Arya's sire, Bea2Bomber's Wingman , adds a fourth elite grey breeding program in that of Nancy Lake at Gray Alpaca Company.
